Stephanie grew up in sunny Southern California, where she spend most of her childhood traveling around the United States with her family. Her favorite class was always art, where she had the freedom to create what she wanted, while experimenting with color and texture. Fast forward to high school where she starting designing posters for local school events, took her Nikon DSLR everywhere, and started getting serious about making graphic design apart of her future.
She received her Bachelor in Fine Arts, in Graphic Design, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. During her time at Cal Poly, she fully immersed herself into the Art Department, eventually taking leadership in one of the department clubs. Stephanie also became involved with multiple projects through Cal Poly Entrepreneurs and scored a design job working for Cal Poly's International Programs. She was also the head creative for both Startup Weekend SLO and Cal Poly's SPECTACLE in 2012.
Stephanie recently returned to San Luis Obispo in 2017, where she works for Cal Poly Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) as their graphic designer. She loves working on CIE programs, that encourage the entrepreneur mindset in Cal Poly students and San Luis Obispo community members. She continues to play with lettering, color, and always does her best to push herself creatively.
When she's not working, you will find her working in her garden, learning the latest TikTok trends, or learning a new song on the piano.
